High-precision chillers enter the Japanese market: See how Pioneer Thermoelectric achieves "zero-defect delivery"
Recently, Hangzhou Pioneer Thermal Power has made an important breakthrough in the overseas market - our two independently developed water-cooled chillers FCCA33121-4401 and FCCA56121-4401 have been successfully introduced into Japan's RIKEN laboratory and achieved "zero defect" delivery.
1. Pioneer Thermoelectric Chiller: Designed for Scientific Research
The biggest advantage of the two chillers, FCCA33121-4401 and FCCA56121-4401, is that they have a wide temperature range of -20°C to 30°C and a high-precision temperature control capability of ±0.5°C, which can adapt to full-scenario applications under different ambient temperatures. Among them, FCCA33121-4401 can still stably output 335W of cooling capacity at -10°C, easily handling routine sample processing such as cell culture and reagent storage.

The more powerful FCCA56121-4401 excels at 570W high-power cooling and can easily cope with complex scenarios such as high-throughput experiments and automated testing.

The volume of these two chillers is about 30% smaller than similar products, and the compact structure design saves a lot of space in the laboratory; at the same time, they can maintain a low noise operation of 54-56dB, ensuring that the laboratory is quiet and undisturbed.
2. Double quality inspection: ensure zero-defect delivery
In order to enhance the reliability of cross-border delivery of temperature control equipment, Xindai Thermal Power has established a dual testing system of "China factory + Japan technology center".

This system means that every temperature control device needs to pass strict full-temperature zone accuracy verification before leaving the factory in China, with the test temperature covering -20℃~30℃ to ensure the stability and consistency of the equipment under extreme working conditions. When the equipment arrives in Japan smoothly, the local technical team will unpack and re-inspect it, focusing on the following three indicators:
Packaging and equipment appearance inspection: First, confirm that the outer packaging of the equipment is intact; secondly, check the outer packaging tipping detector to confirm that the machine has not tipped over during transportation; finally, check the appearance of the equipment to ensure that the equipment has not been bumped during transportation.
System/structure sealing inspection: Check the sealing performance of the water circuit and refrigerant system to ensure there is no risk of leakage; at the same time, check each fixing screw on the equipment to ensure that the screws have not loosened during transportation.
Equipment performance test: Check whether the equipment operates stably within the temperature range, and strictly verify its refrigeration performance, cooling efficiency and temperature control accuracy to ensure that each indicator meets the factory requirements.
3. After-sales improvement: "product + service" combination model
Pioneer Thermoelectric is well aware of the importance of after-sales service to customers. We have professional technical support and service teams in Japan, the United States, Germany, South Korea, Singapore and other places, and provide 24-hour local response services and quarterly proactive inspection services (sensor calibration and pipeline maintenance). In response to customers' special needs, we also provide them with equipment parameter optimization consulting and on-site calibration services. For example, in response to specific needs raised by physical and chemical laboratories, our technicians will give personalized temperature control parameter recommendations to help customers optimize experimental processes and improve the efficiency and stability of chillers.
Hangzhou Pioneer Thermoelectric has 30 years of experience in the refrigeration industry.
