Liquid level alarm
Solution: If the level switch float is in the low contact or between the low and standard contact, please replenish the circulating liquid, the liquid level reaches the position of more than half of the liquid level in the visible window, eliminate the alarm and then click to run; if it is not in the low contact, please contact the after-sales service for maintenance (it may be the failure of the liquid level sensor).
High temperature abnormality of circulating fluid output temperature
Please confirm whether the cooling capacity of the chiller equipment meets the demand; check whether the placement of the chiller is abnormal (air-cooled chiller to ensure that the air inlet and outlet open, no obstruction); please confirm that the use of the environment temperature is appropriate (The cooling capacity of air-cooled chillers is greatly affected by the ambient temperature, and the cooling capacity will drop when the ambient temperature is higher).
High pressure abnormality of circulating fluid output pressure
Please check whether the external water pipe of the circulating circuit is broken, squeezed, etc.; please check whether the ball valve (additional installation) at the outlet of the chiller equipment is open; please confirm whether the actual pressure of the circulating fluid output is less than the minimum limit value or greater than the maximum limit value, if so, please contact the after-sales service to modify the minimum and maximum limit value.
High temperature abnormality of compressor suction/discharge temperature
Check the placement of the chiller (inlet and outlet 1m space) is abnormal (air-cooled chiller to ensure that the inlet and outlet open, no obstruction); please confirm the use of the environment temperature is appropriate (air-cooled chiller in the ring temperature is higher under the circumstances of load operation, the compressor exhaust temperature will be too high); please confirm the facility water is open. (Water-cooled chillers have to ensure that the flow rate of facility water larger than the minimum requirement.)
Low temperature abnormality of compressor suction temperature
Please check whether there is circulating fluid flowing into the water inlet of the chiller equipment (the minimum flow rate of circulating fluid in the specification should be satisfied); please check whether the actual temperature of circulating fluid is too low.
High pressure abnormality of compressor suction/discharge pressure
